Ensure that extended producer responsibility (EPR) programs cover the costs associated with their programs.

ENCORP'S STEWARDSHIP PLAN:

Encorp negotiates depot handling fees every five years. The setting of handling fees involves a nearly year-long process that includes reference to external factors affecting costs and uses a third party to assess the costs of operating the beverage return program in a sample of depots.  Encorp and Return-It depots signed new five year agreements in 2017.
