Campbell River Bottle Depot

Was it left or right at the river? pondered Return-It-Man as he pensively flew over the Island (a thick rain cloud was making things a little tricky), then he remembered the words of his mentor, “When in doubt follow your nose”.  Words to live by! thought Return-It Man as he caught the sweet smell of burgers grilling on an open flame. The smell led him to the depot where he found a Prize Wheel, burgers, hotdogs, music, and even a wonderful group of ladies from the local Soup Kitchen. “What a great crew!” exclaimed Return-It Man as he rolled up his sleeves to get down to business. “Where should I start?”

First Return-It Man went door to door with the Soup Kitchen gals, drumming up business for the depot as well as bringing in some funds for a wonderful local charity. Next it was back to the depot to make sure all the kids were getting balloons. Then back into town, arms loaded with Return-It bags making sure that all of Campbell River knew exactly where to find their local Return-It Depot. Super Sidekick took a break in the Return-It Mobile to a escape a flash flood.

“To bad for all the rain” sighed Super sidekick

“Well at least the faces are always bright in Campbell River” smiled Return-It Man
