We are pleased to share that the Encorp Pacific 2025 Annual Report and key accomplishments have now been published: www.return-it.ca/ar2025
Here are just a few of the highlights included in the report:
Recovery Rate
78.5% or 1,392,361,693 units were recovered for recycling, approximately 30 million more containers than in 2024.

Consumer Awareness Remains Strong
Return-It implemented a year-round, province-wide, marketing campaign with a focus on targeting less-engaged demographics, container types with low recovery rates and high-consumption times such as summer and holidays. The strategic campaign resulted in a consumer awareness level of 99% and location awareness of 96% among British Columbia residents, according to research by a third-party research company.

Consumer Accessibility
99.2% of BC consumers have access to a return location and six new locations were added to the Return-It network, bringing the total number to 162 Independent Return-It Depots, 22 Express & GO stations and 4 Corporate locations.

Environmental Impact
Return-It’s activities in 2025 diverted 84,590 metric tonnes of material from landfill
and contributed to the reduction of about 135.4 thousand tonnes of carbon dioxide
equivalent (CO2e) from being released into the atmosphere.
Our mission is to foster a world without waste and contribute to a better future for people, communities and the environment. We extend our sincere appreciation to all those who help advance this mission every day.
