Columbia Bottle Depot - St. Paul

Recovering from a severe bout of World Cup Fever, Return-It Man was still in great form as he flew under the hot Kelowna sun towards the Columbia Bottle Depot on St. Paul Street. “Alright, what's the big joke...where is everyone?” Asked a not too impressed Super Hero.

“Waiting to see you, the main event is at this morning's parade silly” Answered the Columbia Staff.

“I knew that, just testing ya” replied our smug Return-It Man

Return-It Man made it to the parade just in time to see the lead float launch the event. Taking a deep breath Return-It Man plunged into action; frisbees, tattoos, even sunscreen. Return-It Man was making kids and adults alike excited about recycling, and more importantly he was reminding everyone about the Columbia Bottle Depots' brand new location. After the parade it was back to the Depot where CHBC news was waiting to do a Super Hero exclusive.

“It's not every day that Kelowna gets its very own Super Hero for the day...what are you favorite things about our town?” asked the hard hitting reporter

“Well, your beaches are hard to beat, you've got amazing weather, but I have to say the best thing about Kelowna is the recycling.  I haven't seen a single rogue bottle this entire visit” answered Return-It Man honestly. “Oh and I almost forgot, the barbeques... all the barbeques” grinned Return-It Man as he munched on his 2nd hotdog of the day.
