May 25, 2007: Newton Bottle Depot, The Bottle Depot - Quadra Street & Westshore Return-It Centre

Our Return-It Promotional team has been working extremely hard promoting the Return-It to Win-It Contest. We successfully started the promotion at the Newton Bottle Depot to rave reviews. On the very same day, our team made its first stop on Vancouver Island at the Bottle Depot on Quadra Street. The green, orange and blue balloons outside of the depot, as well as the noise from the megaphone worked well to attract people from the Quadra Mall just up the road. After this exciting stop, Promotions Team moved on over to The Westshore Return-It Centre where they helped the depot staff award a digital camera and other great prizes to their lucky customers.

May 26, 2007: Go Green Bottle Depot

 On the other side of the water our other team was hard at work. With perfect morning weather and the smell of hot dogs coming from the grill, the team was able to add to Go Green’s festivities by setting up the tent, blowing the balloons up and helping Return-It Man get ready to get the customers excited. After a while, Return-It Man went up the road to help gather customers down for a hot dog and to enter the contest. The flyers were used to direct traffic in case anyone missed the turn. Along with these great events the teams also visited Scott Road Bottle Depot and Moe’s Bottle Depot on May 27, 2007.
