Celebrating 20 Years: Return-It Depot Conference

This year, to provide enhanced networking opportunities for our Depot Operators, we have expanded our trade show. As an exhibitor in our annual Trade Show, you will have opportunities to network face-to-face with depot operators.The Trade Show is the main event at the Depot Conference allowing plenty of time specifically allotted for delegates to visit booths and converse with exhibitors. Become an Exhibitor!

Who attends Return-It Depot Conference?

With over 200 depot operators and staff from around the Province, the Trade Show offers an excellent opportunity for your company to demonstrate your products or services. The Return-It Depot Conference is our once a year event where you can capture the attention of these decision makers who attend to learn, network and find new products, equipment, and services.

There are some great reasons to exhibit at the Trade Show

The Trade Show is a great opportunity for depot operators to familiarize themselves with companies that offer products and services that will help enhance their depot's business.

Vendors have the opportunity to showcase the products and services our depots utilize on a daily basis. All exhibits will be located in the Hotel’s Guildford and Tynehead ballrooms, very central to the technical session rooms and delegate circulation areas. Don’t miss the opportunity!


Trade Show Hours

Our Trade Show is open on Tuesday, September 23 from 9am — 5pm.

Trade Show Registration Deadline

There is limited Trade Show spacing available. The Trade Show Registration deadline is September 12, 2014.

What is included in each (8' x 8' or 8' x 6' ) Trade Show Booth?

Space rental fees include a trade show booth (8' x 8' or 8' x 6' ) that consists of:

  • 8’ high drape back wall
  • 3’ high drape side wall
  • 1 table 6' x 2' skirted

* Furnishings, carpet, electricity, A/V equipment, and shipping/drayage are not included.

Trade Show Booth Assignment:  Exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Setting Up and Dismantling of Booths

The Guildford and Tynehead Ballrooms will be available beginning Tuesday, September 23 at 6:00am. All exhibits must be completed and ready for operation by 8:30 am on Tuesday, September 23. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed from the exhibit areas between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on Tuesday, September 23. Teardown timing is subject to change.

How to Order Additional Services Online

One month before the conference, each registered trade show exhibitor will be emailed an exhibitor’s package and an invitation to log into Showtime’s e-commerce storefront with a unique password. Once you log in, Showtime’s landing page contains useful information such as how to order additional supplies, move-in/out times, show hours, venue address, booth inclusions, shipping instructions etc.
