Technical Session Two: Customer Service

Last year’s Keynote speaker is back. This time, Yuri’s agenda is to provide insight on how you can hire, train and develop customer-focused staff. Customer service requires the whole team to understand the philosophy, and Yuri will present a few tools and provide some great advice on how to train staff to embrace this philosophy and implement it on the front line.

Now a self-described "recovering politician,” Mike brings his experience and enthusiasm to the stage when speaking on the importance of providing tangible solutions aimed at improving the creativity, innovative capacity, and environmental sustainability of communities.

Technical Session Three: Packaging and Printed Paper

PPP has been top of mind for many depot operators. This is your chance to ask questions to Encorp, GBN and MMBC. This is a forum for learning and sharing, with the goal of helping depots maximize their efficiencies in the management of these commodities.

Technical Session Four: Return-It Express

4:00pm - 5:00pm — Tynehead Ballroom

One year after the launch of the Return-It Express pilot at Kensington Square Return-It depot, Express is now operational in five depots, including the new downtown “mini” Express depot. This session provides the opportunity to hear from and speak with the depot operators using the system, learn how it is impacting their business and depot operations.
