Express donations are changing
To make things easier and more convenient for fundraising groups and individuals looking to donate their deposit refund, all donations through the Return-It Express program are now made through an individual’s personal Express account. Phone numbers that were used to print group or charity Express labels will no longer work.
Why?
Phone numbers are only linked to personal Express accounts. That means if you enter a group’s old phone number, you’ll see the name of an individual on the screen, not the organization. The group’s old phone number is most likely connected to the personal Express account of the group/charity administrator and if you use the old phone number your donation will go to that person’s personal account, not the charity or group.
To ensure your donation goes directly to the right cause, we’ve made it easier and more secure to donate directly through your personal Return-It Express account.

Open A Personal Express Account (if you don’t have one)
It’s simple. Just sign-up for a free Express account, it takes less than 5 minutes. Then choose how you want to donate: one-time donation or automatic donations after each bag drop-off.
