Express Bag Labels
Express customers can now request Return-It Express bag labels online to make Return-It Express trips even easier.
As recommendations and understandings around COVID-19 develop, Return-It continues to take steps to ensure precautionary measures are put in place to protect depot staff, customers and the community.
Many depots are centering the Return-It Express service at this time, which supports social distancing by limiting interaction. As an additional safety measure, we are now offering to send Express customers Express bag labels through the mail at no charge. This extra precaution may limit potential exposure even further by removing the need for customers to print labels at in-depot Express label stands.
To order your labels, sign in to your Express account at express.return-it.ca and click “Request Bag Labels” next to your profile information. Customers can use this feature to request 20 bag labels to be sent to them by mail to make their next Express visit extra fast.
During this time, please allow up to 10 business days for your updated account balance to appear online after dropping off your Express bags.
